Research Director at DiXi Group

Roman Nitsovych is the Research Director at Ukrainian think-tank DiXi Group coordinating analysis of Ukrainian and European energy policy, organizing and holding public advocacy campaigns. He received his double M.A. degree in Political Science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Ukraine) and the Friedrich Schiller University Jena (Germany) in 2010. He has also completed the Prometheus Program on Transition Studies at the University of Tartu (Estonia) in 2006. Areas of expertise: gas market, extractives, energy security, data disclosures and transparency.
