Velida Dzino-Silajdzic is the Regional Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Manager at Catholic Relief Services (CRS). Based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, she has almost 30 years of experience in non-profit sector in emergency, recovery and development contexts of East Europe, Middle East, South Caucasus and Central Asia. She holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Marketing from the University of Liverpool (2009-2011) and a certification in Evaluation Management from Eureval-C3E Centre for European Evaluation Expertise. She authored and co-authored numerous publications in areas of project design, implementation, management, evaluation, accountability and learning.
