For international travellers from neighbouring countries the TRAIN could be a suitable solution. Bratislava is on the main international railway with a simple connection to Prague, Budapest and Vienna. The main train station – Bratislava, Hlavná stanica – is close to the centre of the city.
Bus No. 93 connects the station with both conference venues and hotels listed below in this section.
Tram No. 1 connects the train station with downtown Bratislava.
For those who need to FLY IN, Vienna International Airport (VIE) in Schwechat may be a preferable destination. The airport is located between Vienna and Bratislava on the highway. Various bus services (SlovakLines, FlixBus, RegioJet) run every hour to connect the airport with downtown Bratislava. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes and should not cost more than 15 EUR if you purchase a ticket on board, notably less if you buy in advance and through the service provider application.

There are numerous opportunities to get accommodation in Bratislava. We have selected a number of hotels – in a varying price range – which are either in the walking distance from the ADF venue or conveniently located along the bus line 93, which connects Bratislava’s main train station with Petržalka station.
