Director, Concord Europe
Ms. Cox has more than two decades of experience in international cooperation and human rights advocacy. She has a background as an international consultant specialising in communication. She was a key figure in the Brussels NGO advocacy world holding senior positions in Plan International and Save the Children. She was active in Concord since 2008 in roles including lead of the work on sustainable development, head of the CONCORD-Beyond 2015 European Task Force, guiding European organisations to influence the EU’s position in the sustainable development negotiations, and co-chair of CONCORD’s Policy Direction Committee, leading CONCORD’s strategic direction and planning. In 2019 she joined the Concord Secretariat in the role of its Director. She is known for her constant drive to provide innovative solutions to the difficult debates of our sector as well as for her passion and dedication.
