Adrian Ermurachi is the Team Leader of the Good Governance and Rule of Law Program of the Institute for European Policies and Reforms (IPRE). He previously served as Deputy Secretary General of the Government of the Republic of Moldova. He has more than 10 years of experience in the area of policy development, policy coordination, policy monitoring and strategic planning.
