Senior Project Manager at EMA – Development and Mobility Agency
Adriana Weissová is an experienced project manager with over two decades of expertise in the international migration sector. Her impressive career includes significant contributions at the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) in Bratislava, where she led the Assisted Voluntary Return Department. In this role, Adriana was responsible for the strategic planning and execution of return and reintegration projects, fostering collaboration with governmental and non-governmental entities, and spearheading training initiatives focused on access and counselling for vulnerable groups in their countries of origin. For the past four years, she has been a Senior Project Manager at EMA – Development and Mobility Agency, managing development assistance and labour mobility projects in Moldova and Ukraine.
