Hanna obtained a MA in Political Communications from Goldsmiths, University of London. Her expertise in the humanitarian and development sphere draws upon 15 years of her work in several international organisations and diplomatic missions of the EU members states in Ukraine. Hanna is an author of policy papers, briefs, policies and articles elaborating on different aspects of the humanitarian and development processes, most notably on locally-led response in Ukraine. For PIN Ukraine, Hanna developed a number of documents governing the organisation’s relations with the local civil society members, in particular, policy on locally-led response, duty of care for partners, policy on support of volunteers, and standard operating procedures for partner’s assessment.
