Lucia Mokrá is professor of international and European Law at Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia. She is also a visiting professor at other universities in Europe and chairperson of the TEPSA board. Her research interests include: human rights; external relations; EU institutional settings and enforcement in international and European law.
