Marie Vistnes Hektner is part of the central board of Changemaker, a Norwegian political youth organization that works to address the structural causes of global injustice. At the same time, she is doing her masters in technology, Innovation and Society at the University of Oslo, with a specialization in Science and Technology Studies. Marie has a great interest in understanding how knowledge is transferred from scientific research to policies and the general public, and how values play an important role in this process.
