Senior Policy Officer, CSO Partnership for Development Effectiveness (CPDE)
Matthew Simonds is currently a Senior Policy Officer and Liaison for the CSO Partnership for Development Effectiveness (CPDE) and serves as the Policy Liaison for the OECD-DAC CSO Reference Group. Prior to this he served in a similar capacity for the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) covering institutions like the OECD and the UN. He began his work in 2008 at the ITUCs UN office. He received a master’s degree in international development from the New School University’s Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy and a bachelor’s degree from the New York University Stern School of Business.
