Director of the Department of Human Rights and Protection of Minorities in the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic
Viktor Kundrák is the Director of the Department of Human Rights and Protection of Minorities in the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic. He had also served a Hate Crime Officer at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) where he was also the Senior Advisor on Freedom of Religion or Belief. Viktor holds a master’s degree in human rights and democratization at the Global Campus of Human Rights in Venice, master’s degree at the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague and holds Ph.D. in international public law from the latter University.
