Project Coordinator, National Assembly of People with Disabilities of Ukraine
Yuliia graduated with a Master’s degree in Public Administration from State Academy of Governance under the President of Ukraine and in Philology from State Linguistic University of Kyiv. Нer work experience in the social sphere exceeds 20 years. During her work in the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, Yuliіa for more than ten years represented Ukraine in the committees and working groups of the Council of Europe on social issues. In the Ministry, Yuliia drafted a number of texts for the draft laws, in particular those on the ratification of the Istanbul Convention. Since 2023, she is a Volunteer of the charitable foundation Modern Ukraine. In the National Assembly of People with Disabilities, Yuliia coordinates the technical assistance project “Multisectoral humanitarian aid for internally displaced persons, returnees, veterans and their host communities in Ukraine”.
